  • Active skin infections, severe acne, eczema, or psoriasis in the treatment area.
  • Recent isotretinoin (Accutane) use within the last 6–12 months.
  • History of keloids or hypertrophic scarring.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals.
  • Recent tanning or excessive sun exposure.
  • Uncontrolled medical conditions affecting wound healing.
Before & After Care
  • Before Your Treatment: Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 2–4 weeks; discontinue retinoids and exfoliants 5–7 days prior; notify us of any history of cold sores.
  • After Your Treatment: Expect swelling and mild peeling for 5–7 days; keep skin hydrated with recommended products; apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily; avoid makeup, hot showers, and strenuous exercise for 48 hours; do not pick or peel flaking skin.
