I was very disappointed. They basically just vacuumed and wiped down the dash etc. Dirt in literally ever corner. Middle storage filthy. Didn't even wipe the cup holders. Under the seats? Disgusting. There were still all sorts of crumbs and stuff from my daughter I'm sure. I was told their detailer didn't come in so some other guy stepped in to do it and that apparently was a big mistake. Swindled

The location is in a sketchy part of town. Part of the building is partially boarded up and looks abandoned. So much so, that I drove past the address cause I thought, "surely I can't be about to leave my car here for several hours". but I think they had a fire recently in an adjacent building that is attached to their office and work bays. They don't take credit cards, so very inconvient. They charged me $20 more for a small SUV after they had done the service without letting me know there was going to be an extra fee upfront so had to pay for the groupon and then some. The detail was Ok at best. steam cleaned and vauccumed all of the upoulstry but thats about it. It looked wiped down but there was dirt left in storage area and dust all over the dashboard, large chunks of dirt in the door frame as well. Customer service was poor at best. No one was welcoming or explained anything at the end. I wasn't given any reciept for the cash i gave. I was there at 9a, when they opened, then was told that the detailer wouldn't even be in till 1030a after being told on the phone that being there early would be best. Then I was told it could take all day with no real target time. As little as "four but as much as 8 hours"? Really? Just "they'll let me know". Clearly hard working guys but no real points anywhere else. Would not use again.

Car looks great! Flexible scheduling and kind service providers!

Workers were friendly and courteous. Vehicle was ready at promises time. They did an excellent job on my car that had. Not been cleaned inside for more than a year due to my illness. I was very satigied

They were awesome! They honored my Groupon when they were tight on scheduling and did an absolutely amazing job on my best friends Chevy Equinox. My friend drove off in her “brand new “ car smiling from this awesome detail. Seamless, very nice, and thorough! You wont regret taking your car there. Thanks guys!
