About This Deal

Each package follows my typical business offerings! Each potential customer gets a free initial consultation appointment where we go over exercise history, goals, injury history, and other topics and then go do a physical assessment to see what each person is capable of. I do not build one-size-fits-all programs; everything is tailored to fit each person as an individual.

After the consultation then you will get to see what it is like to work with me and get an introduction to what your tailored workout plan looks like over however many sessions you bought. I try to keep everything as follows 

2 session package: Both sessions used in one week preferably

4 session package: All sessions used in one week or split over two weeks preferably

6 session package: Can be used 2 sessions a week over three weeks or 3 sessions a week over 2 weeks preferably

At TNT Strength and Fitness, I strive to help everyone reach their health and fitness goals as best as I can. I have been a coach for 10 years now and have worked with almost every type of client that I could imagine, from 17-year-old High School Lacrosse players looking for that edge in performance all the way up to 88-year-old women who are looking to boost their quality of life and just about everything else in between. 

My clients have accomplished everything they have set out to do whether it's managing weight, building muscle, getting stronger, or playing with their grandkids again. All I ask is that everyone try their hardest and be consistent and we will do great together.
