What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our owner has had a lifelong passion for the messy parts of computers, troubleshooting software errors and pulling apart towers to fix the internal components so transitioning to this business was only natural.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with a wide variety of people and computer components on a daily basis.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Probably that we saved them from losing 4 years worth of business accounting files when they got a ransomware virus - it would have been a major blow to their business but we were able to get rid of the virus and recover 100% of the files.
