As a California kid I've explored all that this magical state has to offer before settling down in beautiful Laguna Beach. I chose this place because of the care that is put into keeping this stretch of coastline as pristine as possible. As a marine reserve we are treated to an extraordinary abundance of wildlife and a much cleaner ocean.
At Trailheadfitness we aim to share this beauty on both land and sea. We offer a unique personal training program that combines exercise and the great outdoors. With opportunities to train at the beach, on top of the mountain, or in our mini jungle gym.
And for those thrill-seekers interested in exploring our coastline while hanging out with dolphins and seals we offer private kayak tours that give you ownership of your trip, allowing you to go where you want to go, explore what you want to explore, all the while learning from our fun and knowledgable guides.
