Boxing training, I coach all levels from beginners to professionals. We have equipment like gloves, head gear mouth guards (you’ll need to bring a cup if you want to hard spar). You can bring multiple people and I will coach you all, I host group classes, I coach children as young as 7 years old and I am open to coaching children even younger than that, also we can get your child into a kids group class as well and we can do 1 on 1 coaching as well.
