THIS CLASS IS ONE HOUR LONG AND FOCUSES ON CREATING FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH AND EFFICIENCY THROUGH HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING. YOU WILL BE ENCOURAGED TO LEAVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE BY GAINING EXPOSURE TO THE WIDEST DEGREE OF COMPLEXITY, LOADING AND VARIANCE. THESE WORKOUTS ARE THE MOST CHALLENGING, AND THE MOST REWARDING. IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER ATHLETE, ALL THE MOVEMENTS CAN BE SCALED BY REDUCING INTENSITY, LOAD AND VOLUME.
