The class I took was very challenging, however, a person at any level of fitness could’ve take the class because Jonathon’s instruction is relaxed and comfortable. There were exercises I struggled with and I never felt judged. I really enjoyed my workout!

Unfair Advantage Fitness believes that working out should be an enjoyable experience. We strive to help all our clients reach their goals through fun, intense and varied workouts. We pride ourselves on having a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with highly talented trainers and a fully equipped gym.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Variation is our spice of life. We mix up our workouts constantly which keeps it fun and interesting for our clients but also means that their bodies are constantly challenged, which will push them to new levels of fitness.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help anyone and everyone meet and break their fitness goals. To know that they trust me with helping them with their health is a great honor. A privilege that I take very seriously and always put my best efforts towards.
