They will bill you & continue to hound you saying you owe money even though this Groupon should be the entire payment. BEWARE- You have to fight them- I also noticed in lobby lots of patients saying they paid and USA rep/receptionist/nurse?- telling them NO you did not- seems to be issue here. This is not a professional place, mine was in shopping center, it did not feel clean, felt like I was in a chop shop. Clutter everywhere, a bunch of empty rooms, long hallway, boxes everywhere with junk in them. I prayed & I was scared. I dont know why I did not leave, I decided after chat with doc I would walk out or stay based on outcome. However I did love the doctor, she was so easy to talk to and my spider vein I wanted gone is now gone. I wish she would go and get a real office and get out from under USA vein. (TomballOffice)

The one I went to in Houston (529) is a brand new facility. It was clean and nice. Staff and Drs were on time, no waiting. I was in an out in less than 1 hour.

Was very hard to make an appointment. Reps at the call center were very slow & seemed confused; they did not enter my intake info properly. Clinic was very disorganized. Experienced several delays. Service performed turned out okay but would hesitate to recommend USA Vein Clinics to anybody else.

The groupon was a bait and switch as it turned out that of the multiple clinics listed on Groupon for USA Vein Clinics in Manhattan, you only find out that it is redeemable at one Manhattan clinic on 101 St after you've paid. The reception service was horrific; the reception person had a fight with a colleague via chat and then phone in front of me and was annoyed at what they said and so then refused to help me check in to the clinic. I hollered for help to see if anyone else could help. Then waited 45 minutes to start with a procedure that I had not purchased which is an upsell for other vein services. I finally saw the doctor 75 minutes after my appointment and he was competent and quickly gave me my treatment. Visit another business for sclerotherapy as the overall process is just terrible

About USA Vein Clinics

At USA Vein Clinics' locations across the country, cardiovascular doctors who specialize in circulation issues identify and treat vein problems. The symptoms they look for extend beyond varicose veins and spider veins to those with more serious implications, including swollen legs, say, or a feeling of heaviness in the lower body.

Once they've reached a diagnosis, the physicians tackle the problem with an array of minimally invasive treatments. Sclerotherapy, for instance, works via injection, prompting visible veins to shut down, morph into harmless scar tissue, and slowly disappear. Folks can also opt for non-invasive, FDA-approved laser therapy, whose light targets and shrinks visible veins.
