• How often should I change my oil? It depends on your individual car. A safe bet is to refer to the mileage on the windshield sticker from your last oil change and/or consult your owner’s manual.
• What kind of oil should I use? It all depends on your individual vehicle. Check your owner's manual or call the store before purchasing your voucher to make sure you get the right type.
• What if I purchased the wrong oil type deal for my vehicle? If you need a different oil type than what you purchased, you can pay the difference between oil types at the time of service OR you can return your Groupon and repurchase the correct oil type.
• How many quarts of oil does the average vehicle need? Most vehicles need between 5 - 8 quarts of oil depending on year, make and model. Check your owner’s manual for exact quarts needed; Valvoline will always provide a recommendation at time of service based on your vehicle needs. This deal is only for five (5) quarts, extra quarts are available for purchase at time of service.
