I was a little wary as Dan was not using a steam cleaner with the usual hose attached to an outside van as an extractor as did the other previous carpet cleaners, but he assured me that his system was better for my type of carpetIng which was Berber carpet. Suffice it to say I will never go back to steam cleaning. My carpet was very clean, the nap was raised and the tread was surprisingly soft. Vegas Quality Cleaning will be my go-to carpet cleaner from now on. Highly recommended, Dan did a great job, he was courteous and personable too.
