Any single passenger exceeding 240 lbs, two passengers with a combined weight of 420 lbs, or groups of 3 or more with an average weight of 200 lbs or more must purchase an additional seat. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers on board.

All passenger weights must be provided at the time of booking. Under-representation of body weights may result in cancellation at check-in with no refund.

Infants under 24 months must sit on an adult's lap. Please contact the operator if bringing an infant. Children over 24 months must occupy their own paid seat.

No bags are allowed on board (including purses, backpacks, fanny packs, etc.). We ask that all passengers wear dark clothing to reduce window reflection, allowing for better photos during your tour.

Suitable for all physical fitness levels. The helicopter is not wheelchair accessible; there is no wheelchair lift, and staff cannot physically assist passengers into the aircraft. Public transportation options are available nearby.
