Morning classes tend to be a bit more quiet and calm in the park, so the classes tend to be more of a gentle and relaxing flow while the grand  banyon tree provides a calming shade.  Private beach yoga and yoga hikes also offered at secluded areas of wild nature throughout the island, including nearby Ala Moana and Magic Island.

How to Prepare & Find Us

  1. Bring a Towel or Rent a Mat

    Please bring a large towel to practice on, or message the instructor to reserve a mat rental for $4.

  2. Arrive 15 Minutes Early

    Aim to arrive 15 minutes before class to meet other students. For the safety and flow of the class, late arrivals cannot be accepted, and phone assistance is unavailable after class begins.

  3. Locate the Group

    We set up on the grass area between Barefoot Cafe and the Waikiki Aquarium. Scan the grass for our red safety triangles and come on over!

  4. Text for Assistance

    If you need help finding us, please text a wide-shot photo of the ocean with landmarks to 808-321-3297 at least 5 minutes before class starts.
