Self-Arriving Guests: If you're heading to our starting point at Señor Frogs dock on your own, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow time for check-in.
YOUR PICKUP POINT:
Make sure to select your pickup spot when booking to avoid confusion or delays. Please arrive on time at the designated pick-up spot. For drop-offs, the bus will be ready at the dock to take you back to your pickup location.
AGREEMENT, WAIVER, and RELEASE:

Please note, all our hotel pickups require our guests to kindly wait outside of the lobby. Punctuality at your designated pickup location is essential for a smooth experience. Alternatively, for those who have chosen to meet at the starting point, please arrive promptly at least 15 minutes prior to departure time.
Upon completion of the tour, our bus will be readily available to transport you back to your designated pickup location.
