Choose from the Initial consultation or 2 follow-up visits packages. You will get the same expertly customized acupuncture treatment (expect about 40 mins on the table) from both packages. The difference lies in the assessment and planning portion of consultation (expect about 60-90 mins total)

It is recommended that you hydrate and eat at least 1-2 hrs prior to your visit. Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. We may need to access your back or shoulders, so feel free to bring a change of clothes.

Treatment usually consists of very thin needle insertion into the skin, but if that isn’t quite your style, we have magnet therapy, fire cupping, and ear seed stickers that can help us work on the issues you want to target.

We do ask you to silence your phone while in the treatment room.
