These workshops focus on meditation as a tool to help you reconnect with your true self, love, peace and unified consciousness, the universe, and everything.
Learn how to find your inner space of awareness and bring intentionality into your life and learn how to fall in love with life again.
We will do a guided meditation and group intentions / healing, an informational session, followed by a Question and Answer session.
