I am super happy with the results and my experience overall. Sarah was great in providing the service. I used 6 sessions on my buttocks to lift and tone the muscle and that's exactly what I got. Don't expect the muscle to double in size, it's just unrealistic, but the initially promised 25% in muscle density and tone is real. I previously tried another EMS machine at a different saloon, but I didn't have the same results. This machine at Vital Health seems to be more efficient as it works in 3 different modes during the same session. The previous one I tried had only one mode throughout.
