What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Volition Performance is a private training studio featuring trainers with specific skill sets designed to cater to our clients' needs. There is no crossover; we do it all with a trainer. Volition has someone who studies, trains, and focuses specifically on your needs.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

We are a results-oriented studio, and we understand that those results must be measurable so that you can literally see the difference. As you reach your goals, you will quickly be motivated to set new ones, reaching higher than you thought possible when we started.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Gym members all too often are derailed from their fitness goals. The reasons are always the same: not comfortable in the gym, no one helped me, and wasn't motivated. Our main objective is to eliminate those issues. We have created a private and comfortable environment that keeps our clients involved.

What do you love most about your job?

At Volition, we love that we are solely focused on our clients. We aren't driven by sales quotas or new corporate initiatives. We are driven to create an impact with our clients and the Frederick community. We are as just as emotionally invested in your goals as you are.
