To ensure the best possible results and protect your skin, please adhere to the following guidelines.

Before Your IPL Treatment: Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for at least 2 weeks before and after treatment.

Avoid retinol, AHAs, or other strong exfoliants, and avoid waxing or plucking in the treatment area 5-7 days. It is also recommended to wait at least two weeks after receiving Botox or fillers.

After Your IPL Treatment: Avoid heat (sauna, hot showers) and intense workout 1-2 days.
