2 Weeks of Unlimited Virtual Boot Camp Classes

This unique 60 minute class includes a whole body workout with a combination of strength, cardio, and core training. Workouts may include weights, bodyweight, and some high intense work to help burn fat and achieve muscle tone.

This class is virtual, so participants are welcome from anywhere in the world. From beginner to advance fitness levels are welcome to participate. This class will bring you balance and is everything you need for a strong, healthy body and mind! 

Classes are offered 5 days a week.

Mon/Thur 6:30AM - 7:15AM; Mon/Wed 5PM - 6PM; Fri 7AM - 8AM; Sat 8:15AM - 9:15AM

All Fitness levels are welcome. Modified exercises are provided to beginners and clients with joint issues. Advanced exercisers will be pushed to their limits. 

A zoom link to join class is emailed a day before each session. Not much space is needed to perform exercises in your home. Also, if you feel uncomfortable with being seen during class, you can turn off your camera and follow instructions from instructor.
