What do I need to know?

• Please ensure you have your redemption code (NOT order number) ready when you call
• After clicking to view and redeem your voucher, it is a short 6-9 digit code below the bar code

• Weekends fill up fast sometimes over a month out during busy seasons
• Weekdays have higher availability frequently still over 1 week out to schedule
• No same or next day scheduling
• For an extra $30, you can bring a passenger you must first confirm with your instructor on the day of your appointment that conditions are favorable before paying at our front desk
• If there is adverse weather, plane maintenance, or an airspace restriction on the day of your flight, we will call you at least 1 hour before your flight to reschedule.
• It is not uncommon to be rescheduled, and the same lead times exist as for initial scheduling, so please consider this before booking if you are from out of town.
