After your appointment: Wear loose, breathable cotton clothing to minimize friction. Avoid intense workouts, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and direct sun exposure for 24 to 48 hours while pores close. Regular gentle exfoliation can begin a few days after treatment to help prevent ingrown hairs.
