They were lovely,and did a good job. Only issue was that it took a LONG time for them to find my address.

They were on time did a good job in the kitchen & bathrooms but did not mop the floors ! I am guessing they ran out of time!

I actually scheduled for my studio to be cleaned on 9/22/22 for two hours, from 1 to 3 PM. Two women showed up at 1:33PM. I believe their names were Stephanie and Sayela. After reading all of the negative reviews, I have to stay they did a pretty excellent job. I'm well pleased with the cleanliness of my apartment as I'm trying to get the return of my security deposit. The apartment was empty with no electricity and they did a really nice job. I do think receptionist team could use some improvement however. I had to remind them they needed my address to come to the apartment to clean and also got hung up on once when I was being transferred, but the actual cleaning crew (two young ladies) did a good job. It's important to be diligent about getting your home cleaned because this was the 4th company I reached out to and the only responsive one.

On time, efficient, did a great job, did what I asked them to do - 6 hours wasn't enough to clean my house, but did what I prioritized. It would have been better if they spoke more English, but I managed.

I scheduled an appointment but the cleaners were running late and were not able to arrive during the window (the lateness was never communicated to me). I was able to reschedule and the cleaners were nice and overall did an okay job. I had them booked for three hours and went to run an errand. When I came back they were leaving saying it was only two hours of work. Communication is not great with the coordinators of the company. Bathtub still had some soap scum and dusting was not thorough.
