Nice facilty. Instructor was very welcoming and helpful during the workout. I'm just disappointed that each day of the week they focus on two different muscle groups. I like to do a full body workout three to four days a week. I don't want to go to the gym every night. Other then that, I really liked it.

Went to my first class for triceps, biceps, and abs with Jaime and it was so fun! Jaime is SUPER helpful and so friendly! I don’t workout much and am trying to get more into it, and also have always been sacred of the classes because of judgement, etc. Everyone just does their own thing, and helps in you need it! I loved it!!

Sam, Nicole and Callie are awesome instructors! WellBee gave me Orange Theory vibes but is based more in lifting weights than cardio which is great
