The initial full-set appointment is approximately 90 minutes.

Before your appointment: Appointment required. Please arrive with completely clean lashes, free of mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, strip-lash adhesive, or oil-based products. Remove contact lenses if possible. Arriving with eye makeup may reduce application time and affect retention.

After your appointment: For best retention, follow all aftercare instructions from your lash artist. Avoid rubbing, picking, or pulling extensions. Keep lashes clean with an extension-safe cleanser, brush gently, and avoid oil-based products around the eyes. Retention varies by client, depending on natural lash-growth cycle, skin type, lifestyle, and home care.

The included two-week fill (for Option 2) must be scheduled on the same day as your initial full-set appointment and completed within 14 calendar days of the original service. Appointments outside this 14-day period will not qualify as the included fill and may require a separate purchase.

To qualify for a fill, an adequate number of extensions must remain. Excessive lash loss due to picking, pulling, improper aftercare, or oil-based products may require additional time or a new full set.

Eyelash extensions are individual synthetic lashes or lightweight fans carefully applied to your natural lashes using professional adhesive. They create the appearance of longer, darker, fuller, and more defined lashes.

Your lash artist will conduct a consultation to discuss your preferred look, considering your eye shape, natural lash length and strength, facial features, and lifestyle. You can choose from natural, wispy, hybrid, volume, or glamorous styles.
