Remove contact lenses if possible. Arriving with eye makeup may reduce application time and affect retention. After your appointment For best retention, follow all aftercare instructions from your lash artist. Avoid rubbing, picking, or pulling extensions. Keep lashes clean with an extension-safe cleanser, brush gently, and avoid oil-based products around the eyes. Retention varies by client, depending on natural lash-growth cycle, skin type, lifestyle, and home care.
Fill Window & Lash Retention+
The included two-week fill (for Option 2) must be scheduled on the same day as your initial full-set appointment and completed within 14 calendar days of the original service. Appointments outside this 14-day period will not qualify as the included fill and may require a separate purchase. To qualify for a fill, an adequate number of extensions must remain. Excessive lash loss due to picking, pulling, improper aftercare, or oil-based products may require additional time or a new full set.
