Located within the historic Rye Playland North bathhouse, the museum offers a diverse array of exhibits where children and their caregivers can freely play, build, design, create, and discover. Guests can delve into the Physics Lab to experiment with fundamental concepts of force and motion, or bring imaginative stories to life on the Pretend Play Stage, complete with costumes and real stage lights for dramatic play.

The museum's newest exhibits — Color in Motion, Wind & Weather, and a CLIXO® Magnetic Wall — invite guests to explore dynamic art, experiment with the forces of nature, and build creatively with magnetic tiles. The museum boasts a one-of-a-kind Pool Noodle Pixel Wall, inviting collaborative art and math exploration across a vast 48-foot mural. Fit City promotes healthy lifestyle choices for both bodies and minds through interactive experiences, while Play Around the World offers immersive cultural discoveries inspired by Chinese, Japanese, and South Korean play. In the dedicated MakerSpace, children explore new STEM and STEAM concepts with educator-led activities, and the Architecture Design Zone encourages endless building possibilities with KEVA blocks and Rigamajig sets, ensuring a rich, educational, and engaging experience for ages 0–12.
