I was busy working so did not check their work prior to signing off as satisfied. Per the technician, the $35/- additional charges for wastage/fuel/taxes are very low as it costs him $100 per day for the truck. It seems like Widmer's using contractors and perhaps not paying enough. Some carpet areas seem like they were only steamed (not cleaned), maybe soap costs a lot. He said Teflon is added along with cleaner at the beginning. Only family room, master bedroom are satisfactory to me. Would like a Widmer's Quality inspector to check it to confirm if it meets their standards. If not, I will accept it since I signed off as satisfied based on trust and distraction due to work. My steamer broke so might invest in one to do it properly for the coming holidays.

Tech did a great job. Carpet looks really good. Time was changed, but tech arrived within the original time frame. Carpet was dry with time expected. Great experience. Would use again.
