Unfortunately, the service was not up to our satisfaction.
It is understandable the ladder they brought may be heavy, but the service persons didn't try to bring it down to the lawn slowly, instead it was allowed to fall freely on the ground and destroying our our plants and knocked down the garden solar light (captured in our Ring camera) and during the process of watering the gutter spouts, the garden hose was snapped broken.
Finally, we got the gutters cleaned, but unfortunately, our experience with the service was not satisfied.
