FANTASTIC!!!
We met on the parking lot of the Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum. FREE Self-guided tour of Maryland and its history was an eye-opener.
Our guide/hostess Marsha welcomed us. She was
overflowing with knowledge. We liked how Personable, friendly and shared her numerous adventures. She was a joy to be with for several hours.
SURPRISE! History and replica of a Native American village. Lots of hands-on projects were going on.
Whoaaaa, the water was so calming and inviting.
Our hike was not extensive, nonetheless, enjoyable.
Lunch was at the Périgueux Winery. Marsha, greeted us and invited us to enjoy the music and the wine, which she kept flowing.
Great way to spend a Saturday, especially with new people, that might later become friends.
