I could not be happier with the service I received from CPR. I dropped off my iPad and they had it ready in a little over an hour. Unfortunately, one of the parts they used was defective from the manufacturer, so my home button was not working. I called them when I got home and realized it wasn't working and they assured me they would get it fixed the next day. When I went to drop it off a second time they did not have the part at the store. They called their sister store and one of the staff members PICKED UP THE PART THAT THEY NEEDED so that I could have the iPad ready that same day. They went above and beyond for me and I could not be more grateful or pleased with their service. The store is also very nice, clean, accessible and they are following all COVID19 health and safety precautions. So if you are on the fence about getting that screen fixed, go see the team at CPR. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
