About Wonderland Bar
Wonderland is our highly original presentation of exquisite pairings of dazzling new cocktail creations and Sichuan-inflected small-plate dishes. The restaurant is the culmination of a vision shared by owners and partners Miki Niu, Joe Tsou, and Loki Yim, with the collaboration of legendary Michelin-star-winning executive chef Peter He—a renowned “genius of taste” who has crafted a broad menu of unparalleled small plates. Miki Niu, with years of experience at highly rated restaurants in Manhattan, oversaw the warm and inviting design of the Wonderland space. Joe Tsou, a certified sommelier and master mixologist, painstakingly created the menu of Wonderland’s signature cocktails. Loki Yim, with broad experience as a front-of-the-house restaurant staff member, will be overseeing customer service operations.
