About This Deal
Get ready to sweat and have fun with WorkoutLA, the outdoor group fitness class that combines full-body exercises with games and teamwork! Our 1-hour class starts with a warm-up to get your muscles ready and ends with a stretch to cool down.
With a focus on balance, stability, and injury prevention, our program is designed to help you reach your strongest version of yourself. We use a variety of techniques, including boxing, flipping coins, guessing cards, and more, to keep the workout interesting and fun.
WorkoutLA is on a 4 week on, 1 week off schedule, so you can maintain a consistent workout routine without overtraining. This approach also allows you to take a break, recover, and come back stronger.
Our schedule is designed to offer maximum flexibility to our participants:
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, we have classes in the park at 5:30am -6:30am, and at 7am - 8am.On Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, we have our classes on Zoom only at 7pm
On Tuesday and Thursdays, we focus on boxing training at 7am, this session is included on the 12 classes.
