Tee times start every 2 minutes per competitor.
Get ready to compete in the Illinois Regional of the World’s Longest Putt! Held at the Midwest Golf House—just across from Cog Hill—this two-day event challenges players on a 9-hole putting course with hole distances ranging from 40 to 100 feet. Each participant gets three attempts per hole, with their best putt counting toward the final score.
The competitor with the lowest total distance wins and moves on to the 2026 National Finals at The Baths of Blackwolf Run in Wisconsin. There, finalists compete for a $10,000 purse and a chance to sink a $1 million putt—and maybe even break a Guinness World Record.
Entry is open to all skill levels and costs approximately $75–$80. Proceeds benefit the CDGA Foundation, which funds Adaptive Golf programs, youth golf initiatives, and veterans' golf outreach.
