Frequently Asked Questions

Is the image printed on both sides?

Yes — you’ll have the option of two‑sided printing so their image shows on both front and back of the pillow.

What photo should I upload for best results?

We recommend using a high‑resolution image with the person clearly visible and well‑lit (preferably at least 600×600 px). A clean background and the person facing the camera will help capture their features clearly.

What sizes and materials are available?

The pillow is available in sizes including 12″, 14″, 16″, 18″, 20″, 24″ & 28″ (or equivalent in cm). The cover material is fine plush and it’s filled with high‑elastic PP cotton.
