Yoga, Meditation & Hiking Retreat January 6 - 8, 2022 in Peoria, Arizona hosted by Yoga by Blisstopia and Blisstopia Retreats.
Participant's experience: Long weekend begins with a welcome hug if one so desires, swag bag with items to support unplugging and locking away all devices if one would like.
The retreat opens with plenty of time to arrive and close out emails, text messages, and the busyness of being plugged in.
The weekend is filled with nourishing meals, meditations brought to by a certified Chopra Center meditation teacher as well as yoga asana designed to support the RESET.
The weekend is the participant's time with opportunities to connect with others and time & space to be alone. There will be time & space to explore in one's own way - whether that be hiking right out the back of the backyard of the property onto Sunrise Mountain Preserve, rock hounding or just sitting and journaling or reading.
Blisstopia welcomes all as they are. This is where we meet participants - just as they beautifully are!
Availability for one-on-one healing touch sessions and/or massage as an optional add-on service. Option to add up to 2 days extra Jan 9, Jan 10 on the retreat for an additional fee.
On Saturday night we recap our Escape with a nourishing dinner and time to reflect & relax.

Lana Anderson has been a yogi for about two decades, and she knows from experience that every person's body is different. That's why, at Yoga By Blisstopia, she focuses on customized workouts—she and her team of instructors help each client find the class that's right for their fitness level and goals. The Absolute Beginner’s Class, for instance, teaches the ABCs of yoga, like basic postures and breathing exercises, while Hot Yoga 2 is intended for more advanced students seeking weight loss and detoxification.
