About Yoga Hell Brooklyn
At Yoga Hell Brooklyn, clients strive to find peace between their minds and bodies. To achieve this, they engage in various yoga sessions led by Katia, who in an easy-to-follow manner teaches clients a variety of yoga techniques. During a hot-yoga session, for example, participants perform 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a climate-controlled heated room to promote weight loss and prevent illness and injury. The more traditional 90-minute yoga class follows here the Bikram yoga sequence, with the warm-up, standing-balancing, as well as floor series, that work to increase flexibility, improve posture and blood circulation, as well as strengthen the immune system and foster positive thinking.
