The service was not bad, but the tea drink I ordered was not that good. There's a limit of the types of tea you can order from. I would not go back there for the teas. There are other places out there that are better

They collected tax which isn't stated in the coupon. The drinks were watered down

The classic milk tea collection is mediocre compared to other boba tea shops. I have not try the other drinks on their menu. Parking was challenging so I will not go back any time soon.
