The Inn at Virginia Mason: Close to the Seattle University campus, it's convenient for students and visiting parents alike, plus it's only a 10-minute walk from the Starbucks Reserve Roastery (starting at $250/night).

Warwick Seattle: Next door to a Cinerama theater and only a 10- to 15-minute walk from Pike Place and Pier 66, this is a prime location for sightseers (starting at $255/night).
