The owner of W.I.S.E. Women, LLC takes the subject of domestic abuse very seriously. That’s why she’s made it her mission to arm other women against potential attacks through female-only self-defense classes. W.I.S.E. stands for the four steps taught at each class: watch your surroundings, initiate verbal contact with attacker, scan your attacker for weapons and weak points, and execute your defense and escape.
