We are a woodfired pizza restaurant committed to bring you the truly authentic Italian experience. You can choose from our selection of 30 pizzas with imported toppings from Italy giving them each a unique flavor.

What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?

The pizza Margherita is one of our most popular items. For people who don't know yet that was the first pizza ever made in Napoli, Italy. Back in the day King Ferdinand requested for his chefs to make a new dish for the Queen. Since then that pizza was named after the Queen, Margherita.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Since 2001, the dream of the owner was to open his first pizzeria in usa. Finally his dream became true. He is carrying on the experience from the 3rd generation pizza maker and bringing it to the American table. Come to try us and you'll be the judge!

What do you love most about your job?

Creating a authentic Italian woodfired pizza is not a job, at Elio Pizza on Fire we consider this an art. That is because in order to serve you a good pie we need to have a lot of passion, dedication, and experience. Our goal is to give our customers a unique experience.
