I absolutely loved our instructor, Stacey! Energy is amazing! The words of affirmation on the ceiling of the practice room really kept me going :) will most certainly be returning

What an awesome community of yogis who inspire, challenge, guide and support you during your practice. The floor is super cushioned and comfortable. The temperature is warm and not overly hot as some hot yoga studios are. The class times are super convenient for those who work. I highly recommend Samatone Yoga for anyone just starting out and curious about what hot yoga is all about. There are all levels in the class, and all age groups. It's very motivating to see the potential of each pose from those in the class who are experienced. It's a safe environment on so many levels.

Had a great experience! I really felt the workout afterwards and really liked that the instructor actually helped with corrections. Also I liked music - it’s top 40 which I enjoyed more than some of the other music.

I’m new to yoga and hot yoga as well. I took my first class yesterday and feel great! It’s a little challenging balance wise but I’m looking forward to practicing more with them. Everyone was very friendly and I love the esthetic of the facility. Super inviting and I would suggest to anyone wanting to learn more about yoga like me for sure!
