I liked the vibe - no nonsense gym, people are there to work out, not a "scene" by any means, which I was seeking. Very down to earth gym.

They weren't very helpful. Did not show you how the machines work or walk you through anything. Just sat there. Did not show the facilities at all?????
Still I knew what I was looking to do so I would recommend.

Large windows giving super lighting for a great workout. Everything you could need in a gym minus all the fancy, unnecessary bells and whistles that high-end gyms sell you.
