Such an amazing class. I had Erin as my teacher and she made me feel so at home and welcomed regardless that I had never done yoga before.

Really enjoyed it. An intense experience as it was my first bikram class but the staff was very friendly and instructor was very knowledgeable.

I had a fantastic experience. I am a newbie to Bikram yoga and the instructor was smart, funny, knowledgeable and gave me right amount of instructions. He put me at ease right away. Hot room is uncomfortable at times and some of the moves are difficult but I felt wonderful after the session. Place was clean, cubby for your belongings and shower are available. I highly recommend to anyone who is curious about Bikram yoga.
