Nicole was awesome & she did a gr8 job. Will definitely be going back
It was by far one of the worst experiences of getting my nails done The tech made me bleed in two different spots I told her I had rheumatoid arthritis and to be gentle She was rough She never soaked my finger nails And tore off my cuticles Paint is missing on the side of three nails and have a spot on my thumb that is much thinner than the rest I was not happy and I'm not the type to say anything I'm sure she was a much better hair stylist than a nail tech
Not the usual pedicure/manicure I am used to at my usual nail salon Was a little uncomfortable not knowing if the tools had been sanitized, and then the same tools used on my feet were used on my hands I had paid for a shellac manicure but the product was either old or insufficient product in the bottle so I said just give me a regular manicure There no drying stations so I used the UV light box for the shellac manicure, but it was inadequate I did have oil put on my nails so at least they didn't smudge I received a salon credit of $7 for the difference in the shellac manicure vs a regular manicure The pedicure was a bit rough - it should not hurt when cuticles are pushed back and trimmed One of my toes was also nicked while she was trimming the cuticles and when she applied more polish remover to clean my toes it stung Was not sure if she expected a tip, as the owner did the work, but I do not usually tip the owner of a salon I will not return and would not recommend this salon for mani/pedi
