Just did my first ever crossfit lesson with Jaime at the helm, and I'm exhausted! :) It's an awesome facility and Jaime an excellent instructor. I was initially nervous about this activity due to a prior knee injury but no longer!

Great staff-I had not worked out in a long time and the trainer took the time out to modify the exercises to meet my level of physical fitness. All the staff was very positive and very encouraging.
