New Mexico-native, competitive kickboxer, and Navy veteran Javier Rodriguez has been reveling in the perks of prime physical fitness since the age of seven. Due to a lifetime of training, the act of maintaining a healthy bodyweight, eating a wholesome diet, and keeping fat-producing stress at bay has become second nature to him. Now Rodriguez strives to instill these core values in others during his indoor boot-camp program. Along with a team of certified trainers, he combines cardio workouts with resistance training to boost metabolism and tone up physiques. To build upon the foundation laid down in group classes, the team at Fit Body Boot Camp lead custom personal-training sessions and offer nutrition plans that act as sensible eating guides.
