The trainers and staff are incredible. They are helpful and genuinely want to see you progress. The gym/restrooms are clean

The positives... a knowledgeable staff who watched me to make sure I was OK during the workout. The workout was excellent. It does not have that "meat market" ambiance where you have to worry about being hit on while you work out. The people and staff were very friendly. The negatives... No ambiance at all. It is like a warehouse where you work out. It was packed with people. One side had a martial arts class going on while we were working on the other side. It is loud, but it did not seem that anybody cared what you look like, which could be a positive. People are there to work out, and that's it. I also thought that the classes were a bit expensive.

Love the gym everyone is friendly and it is a good family environment, and the workouts are great!

All of the staff are very nice and work well with the children. We are enjoying our experience there!!!!

I like the atmosphere at the gym and the class was a great workout. Exactly what I was looking for. Can't wait for next week!
