About Food Tour New Mexico

Cooked up by local foodie Nick Peña, the idea for Food Tour New Mexico was inspired by the hidden gems and cultural richness of Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Tours aim to marry culture and food, with strolls down colorful streets interspersed with samples of tacos, desserts, and drinks.

Other foodie-favorite offerings include a culinary cocktail class that teaches students how to create such creative libations as a margarita with a salt-foam rim, as well as a tequila class. During this session, clients can sample smooth sipping tequilas that instructors promise are very different from anything they might have tossed back in college or after a tough loss by the U.S. curling team.

This was a great tour, very relaxed atmosphere and Nick was a great guide. We made some new friends and found some great places to try on future visits to Albuquerque. Thanks again.
