The "blow dry and style" option was NOT there. She basically ran the blow dryer with a pathetic effort of a round brush. When I confronted her about the "fro" on my hair, she very blatantly had the nerve to tell me "you get what you pay for! ".

Extremily unprofessional. Got there on time she was running half hour late. Told me she'd have to add another $10 because I had long hair even though my hair is not extremely long, just past my shoulder. Very few highlights that can barely be seen, uneven, not to the root and some blond some orange. She barely spent 5 minutes on the actual cut. Horrible.

Just was not impressed at all and do not plan to return
